There isn't one. For your first order, buy as little or as much as you need to test. We'd rather you try a few products and reorder than commit to a large order upfront.
Yes. We have three sample kits — Indian Spice Signature, Taiwanese Heritage Flight, and Chef's Discovery — or we can curate a custom set based on what you serve or sell. Complimentary for serious partners.
Through our Origin Program, we provide origin notes and product descriptions ready for shelf talkers, signage, or your website. We also supply farmer profiles and photography you can use in-store or online.
Our spices are best used within 12-18 months of harvest. Teas vary — oolongs and roasted teas age well, while green teas and matcha are best within 6-12 months. Every product ships with harvest date and storage guidance.
Yes. Our Tea Program includes wholesale teaware — glass teapots, traditional gaiwans, matcha sets, kettles, and complete tea sets. We also provide brewing guides and can train your staff on preparation methods.
We ship direct via USPS/UPS from the United States. Most wholesale orders arrive within 3-5 business days anywhere in the US. For local partners, we can arrange drop-offs. We're flexible — tell us what works for your receiving schedule.
